User Terms And Conditions

WARRANTY:

Client agrees that they will maintain an open dialog with Aconsumercredit™ and its affiliates during the cancellation process. If client does not get their mortgage, vacation membership, deed, or contract cancelled within the term of this agreement. Client will be refunded 100% of all fees paid.

REFUND POLICY:

Should Aconsumercredit™ or its affiliates fail to deliver the service agreed upon as designated in this agreement, Client will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the fees paid. If Client at any time during the Term of this agreement goes into foreclosure for their mortgage, vacation membership, deed, or contract; or files bankruptcy, Client will not be entitled to a refund of their fees.”

The warranty terms and conditions of our contract are quoted above in their entirety. The contract stays in place and the time for completion extends until the client sends its cancellation request in writing by certified mail. The governing law of our contracts reside in Florida as agreed upon in the contract.
